Theresa O'Neil, Senior Vice President, Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Theresa O'Neil has responsibility for developing worldwide partnerships with ISV, reseller, services, and technology organizations. Prior to joining InRule, O'Neil was an executive at IBM Corporation, where she was responsible for developing the product and marketing strategies for the IBM Content Management and Discovery business. O'Neil also led the strategy team that resulted in the joining of IBM Tivoli and TotalStorage software strategies.

With more than 17 years in software marketing, O'Neil has focused primarily on enterprise information and application solutions. Her experience includes leading enterprise software marketing at Platinum Technology, where she also helped launch a Y2K business; vice president of marketing for storage software firm TrelliSoft; and vice president of marketing for business intelligence company ShowCase Corporation. O'Neil holds a masters degree in English literature from the University of Chicago and a bachelor of arts from George Washington University.
