Mark Lonsway, Vice President of Client/ROAD Services

We could call him the Vice President of Customer Success: Mark manages the team that delivers training and implementation services, making sure our clients are successful implementing InRule-powered applications. Mark spends his free time focused on family, music, travel, and activities like beach volleyball, snowboarding, and bike riding.

He loves technology, and warns that the devil is always in the details: "while enjoying the forest view, don't lose sight of the undergrowth!" This shows in his pragmatic and goal-oriented approach to client services, where he takes care of all the details for our customers.
