Theresa O'Neil, Vice President of Sales Operations and Business Strategy
Raised as a Red Sox fan in Rhode Island, Theresa began cheering for Chicago's White Sox as a student living in Hyde Park. An ardent baseball fan, Theresa values the lessons of the game: "Baseball rewards intelligent risk taking—what's more exciting than a stolen base?!" Her skill at team building is evident in her ability to recruit and energize partners, managing InRule Technology's strategic relationships with resellers, systems integrators and technology partners.

Jim Wray, Pre-sales Engineer
Calling him a Jack-of-all-Trades only begins to describe how aptly Jim manages multiple duties, both at work and at play. A runner, golfer, and tennis player, Jim also likes to get his hands dirty on the weekends with remodeling projects. He uses his persistence and eye for detail as he assists customers with technical evaluations. Jim always makes sure that they find the perfect fit with InRule.

Jeff Enzinger, Sales Executive
Jeff loves to SCUBA dive and spends a lot of his time underwater. When he comes up for air, Jeff is busy with InRule Technology's sales team helping prospective clients understand the InRule business rule engine through presentations, demonstrations, and answering questions. Jeff indulges his sense of adventure with world travel, visiting destinations as diverse as Egypt and Russia.

Joe Voelz, Pre-Sales Engineer
Joe wears different hats for InRule Technology, helping out in a few important areas. As part of the pre-sales team, Joe spends a majority of his time helping prospects understand the best ways to use InRule to implement their complex business rules. And when our ROAD and Infrastructure teams need an extra hand, Joe is quick to climb on board. In fact, Joe climbs on all kinds of boards. He loves wakeboarding on a lake in the summer and spending the winter months snowboarding throughout the US. When he’s not conquering the waves or the slopes, Joe likes to hit the links to do some golfing.
