Paul Hessinger is an accomplished technology
and business strategist who brings 30 years of experience and effective leadership
to his role as InRule Technology's Chief Executive Officer.
Paul is a born leader and mentor, as shown by his years (decades!) of coaching sports
and the many times his title has started with "Chief." Among the several hats he
wears as InRule Technology's CEO is that of our Air Traffic Controller — appropriate
for someone who has flown over 7 million miles with Delta! — using his vision
and focus to keep the whole team working in sync and helping us achieve our myriad
long and short-term goals, always with the belief that CUSTOMERS RULE!

Rik Chomko, Chief Product Officer
It takes an adventurous and competitive soul to start a business, and Rik Chomko
fits the role perfectly. A former rugby player, Rik's competitive nature, optimism,
and love of teamwork led him to co-found InRule Technology and bring in the right
players to help it grow.
Rik's passion for adventure racing (a team sport that can include a number of outdoor
challenges, such as biking and climbing) carries through into his approach to business:
he is team-oriented, likes to plan a course, hit the milestones and checkpoints,
and do whatever it takes to win the race.
Rik is responsible for InRule Technology's Product Roadmap and Product Management,
planning the features and functions of our product lines. He also directs InRule
Technology's Pre-sales team, and lends his expertise to our marketing and implementation

Loren Goodman, Chief Technology Officer
Loren is a Renaissance man with abilities encompassing the artistic, the technical,
and the cerebral. As InRule Technology's "horizonator", Loren looks ahead,
researching technology to help guide our Product Roadmap. As our "Chief Solution
Officer", Loren is a key resource for enterprise scale implementations. His
vision helped lead the company from a solutions provider to an innovative product
company that is a leader in the .NET market.
