Theresa O'Neil, Vice President of Business Development
Raised as a Red Sox fan in Rhode Island, Theresa began cheering for Chicago's White Sox as a student living in Hyde Park. An ardent baseball fan, Theresa values the lessons of the game: "Baseball rewards intelligent risk taking—what's more exciting than a stolen base?!" Her skill at team building is evident in her ability to recruit and energize partners, managing InRule Technology's strategic relationships with resellers, systems integrators and technology partners.

Director of Marketing
Kate is an outdoor enthusiast and beach lover with a passion for hiking, biking, camping, and anything in and around the water. As our "Director of All Things Marketing" she channels her energy and creativity into a range of activities including PR, events, and analyst relations. (For the record, she'd like to express her appreciation to her colleagues for agreeing to this slightly offbeat photo shoot!)
Jeff Key, Technical Product Manager
Jeff Key has always been the most avid hockey fan at InRule Technology and particularly loves the Detroit Redwings. Jeff's leadership as a technical product manager has helped InRule Technology perform a neat hat trick with InRule™, InRule for Windows Workflow Foundation, and InRule for BizTalk Server. Covering a wide range of responsibilities, we call him our "Jeff of all trades… master of many!"
